- Choose search type:- EC, Document-wise, or Property-wise.
- EC search by Document-Wise:- document number, year, and SRO.
- EC search by Plot/Property-Wise:- survey number or sub-division number, property type, EC start/end dates.
- Enter the captcha code shown on screen and click Search.
- View or download the EC.
3. Guidelines Value Search

- Visit https://tnreginet.gov.in/portal/ then click Guideliness Value on the homepage.
- Select a date range ( example:- 04-11-2025 for the latest value)
- Enter the details:- region, registrar office, village, street or survey number and land classification.
