1. To get a new driving license, you first need to apply for a learner’s license.
2. Click “Apply for Learner’s License.”
3. Verify your mobile number and Aadhaar via OTP.

• Apply at the dealer or Vahan portal: Select New Vehicle Registration and fill out the form.
